The project provides a free IPv6 and IPsec (for both IPv4 and IPv6)
stack for BSD variants to the world. He is researching and
developing the stack, in particular, IPsec system.

The project was planned to implement some security functions into

VPN function.
The project had been discontinued by budget issue. But the patch of
VPN function was released by himself at March 1998.

Corporation

Canon Inc.
This protocol was implemented on UDP, and has reliability of
communication. A user can reduse to take care of the reliability,
because this is provided by library.
